Can't find the items I bought from the sims 3 store

To get the items you bought in the Store into your game takes several steps:

1. Purchase items

2. Download items

3. Install items from launcher

How far have you got with the above?

I see you've made several posts about this issue but it isn't clear to me whether you have actually downloaded and installed the items, or just purchased them in the Store.

I have not downloaded them i have only purchesed them

you need to download and install them log into your the sims 3 account under your username is a little arrow click on it go to my store acount-purchase history (you may be asked to enter your password again for security ) download your items from your purchase history  the launcher will open sometimes it asks for us to log in again  once the item downloads if it does not auto install then tick the box beside the item then tick the install now button

I’m trying to do what u said and the items aren’t not downloading like why is this happened?

@DeYuannaTurner  Please describe your problem in more detail, including where in the process of installing store content it stops working and what you see on-screen when it does.
