found my product key (finally for some reason I couldn't right click for weeks, nothing would come up)
BUT
*Clicking install glitches quickly to 100% then install button stays orange
And n o t h i n g happens*

I've downloaded several times, have restarted my system, been trying to get this to work for a month now, and soon, would like my money back (way to ake it impossible for people to call you by the way.)
Bought your game that I loved since the 90s been waiting for some of the updates they've made — like building and create a sim wonders — my whole life... I've raved about EA my whole life, defending in arguments.. thanks for breaking my heart, not to mention the millions of poor kids who struggled with this. I hear buying the discs wasn't that great either. </3 Way to go guys. BUT THANK YOU to whatever employees you have left that are able to stay sane while helping people with these issues online.

@lunahaddixmoon This thread is quite old, and it's unlikely that anyone will come back to describe how to fix it. For that matter, the solution may not apply anymore, an OS or two later. If you could start your own thread describing your issue in as much detail as you can, it would be easier to help you.
