Can't login in game
I've been playing logged in routinely, got logged out today. I changed my password, I can login on the EA and sims 3 websites, it's logged in on the launcher, but in game it says wrong password. I tried in the main menu, in game on the player wall, and in options. The password has no special characters and I cleared the cache in Edge. Any other ideas?
speedyturtles Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads and delete the file labeled [your email].bin. Then clear Edge's Internet Explorer-mode data again before trying to login to the launcher or at the Main Menu. Please try both and let me know whether either one works.
