Can't play any households in new Island Paradise

I have just bought and downloaded (from Origin) Island Paradise today. It installed perfectly. Got to the main menu and clicked new game, selected the Island, and it loads fine. Once it loads to the ...

Its happening to me to, except im also haveing the pregnancy loop glitch in the game i had already started and i cant move out of the house. the last time something like this happened i had to reinstall the game.  but now i have every expantion pack, this is gonna take forever.
