Can't redeem code for Dragon Valley

(Input your The Sims 3™ Dragon Valley DVD code into the form below.) We're sorry, this code has already been used (message popping up)After installing The Sims 3 Dragon Valley I went to enter the 16-digit Dragon Valley Code and it keeps saying it has already been redeemed and it definitely wasn't. Since I loaded the game and Dragon Valley didn't show up. Please contact me right away I would greatly appreciate it especially since this has never happened before. The code I used is <edit code for security reasons>(not sure if the code helps)

if you redeemed the codes in your origin account this can make the code invalid store worlds if bought in origin or disks are redeemed in the sims3 account
