Can't redeem EP on sims3.com
So... I have my "Into the future" EP on Origin, however not on my sims 3 online account. It says it will auto redeem, but it didn't. When I put the code in, it says it isn't a redeemable serial code. :/
I bought it today. It is a digital download. I have almost every EP and never had this problem. Please help or refer me to help!
If it still doesn't show up, log out and back in and if that doesn't help, contact a game advisor
