@DarkxArtemis Did you by any chance buy Sims 3 worlds rather than packs? I ask because when you buy expansion or stuff packs from the EA App, they don't come with codes, but worlds do. In that case, please see the first post of this thread:

I bought the expansion packs. When I went to manage my dlc, they show up. However, when I went to load in they aren't there. There were codes in my recent purchase history for them.

So I had purchased the Sims 3 roaring heights Gold edition, dragon valley Gold edition, Island Paradise, Monte Vista, hidden springs, and barnacle Bay.

Roaring heights, Dragon Valley, Monte VIsta, Hidden Springs, and Barnacle Bay are all World Packs.
Island Paradise is an Expansion Pack.
You need to redeem the codes on the Sims 3 Website.

So I was told I needed to go to the Sims 3 website to redeem the codes. When I typed them in, they said they were already redeemed. I wasn't able to play games for almost four months due to an arm injury, and I wasn't able to redeem the codes so I have no idea what could have happened. I'm waiting to hear back now so I can get a refund

So that help page where you can live chat for assistance is ridiculous. I had to open two different cases because i kept getting booted off the waiting list. The status kept saying that the player was unavailable and I wasn't ever allowed to do a third mycase to try to get help. I just wanted a refund l, I'm out 150 bucks on packs I can't even use.
