So I was told I needed to go to the Sims 3 website to redeem the codes. When I typed them in, they said they were already redeemed. I wasn't able to play games for almost four months due to an arm injury, and I wasn't able to redeem the codes so I have no idea what could have happened. I'm waiting to hear back now so I can get a refund
So that help page where you can live chat for assistance is ridiculous. I had to open two different cases because i kept getting booted off the waiting list. The status kept saying that the player was unavailable and I wasn't ever allowed to do a third mycase to try to get help. I just wanted a refund l, I'm out 150 bucks on packs I can't even use.

If your codes are coming up as invalid, we will need the live support team to review your account information and get a refund processed for these purchases- here on AHQ, we aren't able to access your billing details to get this processed for you.
