Can't redeem sims 3 pack on ea app

So I bought a few sims 3 packs off of the ea app a few months ago. I hadn't tried redeeming the codes til yesterday since I had an arm injury and could not use the computer until then. For some reason, none of the pack codes work. I tried reaching out through the app to get help, with no response as of yet. I was hoping to get a response here for some help on what I could do to get the packs I purchased
