Can't Redeem Sims 3 Worlds

I bought the sims 3 worlds Dragon Valley, Monte Vista and Hidden Valley years ago on disc from Future Shop. I did download them to my game years ago on my old computer. That computer is dead now so I put all my games on my new one. But to add the worlds it wants me to login into my sims3 account and add the code but when I do it says the code has already been redeemed but there is no record of it on my account. Please note I have only ever had the one account. I do not know how to add my games. I already paid to own them, I feel cheated if I have to buy them again online.

Please help!

    Hey there @MissTiger2013 

    It does sound like those codes may have been redeemed on an older secondary EA account- this isn't something I can check for over the forums since I can't access your account details, but live support will take a look with you and verify where these codes have been redeemed to.

    Please contact live support from the help site here and provide your codes to the team there so they can check on this for you.
