Can't register NEW Supernatural Expansion
Purchased New Supernatural Ep as online download from origin
Now I can't register it
Site says serial number does not exist
So I can't register my new game and get my custom content

If your Origin information is the same as the one on The Sims 3 store, the EA will automatically register the game for you. Go to the store, see your ''my page'' and see if that expansion appears under ''my games''.
