Can't time travel stuck on inspect portal

tried reset sim dosnt work tried clear cache dosnt work move sim buy new portal dosnt work reinstall dosnt work what is the problem with this game and will this be fixed with an update as when im stuck inspecting the portal i can edit town save only quit the game witch is no fun as i just paid for this item not to be able to use it not a happy customer
