centaur costume - half human/half horse

Question

Somehow this costume was downloaded into my game - through the store - but it is messing with my game. Everyone - even babies and toddlers - wear this costume. I can't find the costume in the download files so I cannot delete it. How can I get rid of this crazy costume? Please help me fix my game!

Scroll carefully through your installed items and uninstall. It's always there somehere. I've had to go through a few times before I've found it. Lok for something titled horsebodyallages...it usually appears something like that

I really hate it when people attach the centaur costume to their sims in the exchange.
