Expansion Pack Issues

Hi! I play the Sims 3 on my Macbook and have recently purchased all of the expansion packs, but I am unable to play with them as it says they are only for Windows. I have read on here that I need to contact a member of EA support, but I have waited over 24 hours for someone to get back to me and help with my issue. I'm not sure if anyone else can help, as I know I need access to the 64-bit version, which I believe can only be given to me by EA, but I'm a little frustrated with EA support and am just looking for any solution available.
