I try to change my email by web site of Sims 3, but when I introduce my new email, and verify with my password, it said to me that "have a error with my change of password". What's up? I don't understand. I think that it is a error of page.
I try also change my email by web site of Origin (EA), but when I try to upload my new data, I haven't the file of "email"
I'm confused. How i can change my email?

For security reasons, you cannot change your email yourself - you need to ask EA to do it for you.
Contact them at Customer Support. You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat, depending on the selections you make and the time of day. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.
I would recommend Live Chat. I used this a few days ago for the same reason and they changed my email for me with no problems. You may have to wait in a queue to get through to them.
