Changed computer - How do I use my Sims account to re-install my games?

All your games can be found in MyGames in Origin.

You need to download the client here: http://www.origin.com/download

Then log in and they should be in MyGames (if you have registered them at thesims3.com or bought through Origin)

With regards to Origin and My Games. I went onto Origin the other day and I looked at My Games and Ambitions wasn't showing up and it's really strange. All my other games are there but Ambitions isn't. It's definitely registered on the Sims 3 Website, so I don't know what to do.

Can someone help?

Did you try redeeming your serial code ?

when uninstalling a sims game from your computer, there is an option to save everything to the disc before the game is fully erased from your computer. When you install it back onto yout new computer everythings should still be there as you left it.

Just redeemed my code at Origin. It worked, so thanks a lot.

Once I put one of my sims in a pendrive and I could install it in another computer, I guess you may do the same, try to copy the archive from the file 'saved sims'...

Tried downloading my sims games from Origin to my new computer and it will not install. I don't have the disc or paper with code on it at this time....HELP
