cheat box

try ctrl+shift+windows+c  you need to hold all four at the same time

I have a Windows 8 laptop as well.ctrl+shift+c has always worked for me, see if your sticky keys thingy is on

i had a quick search as someone had this issue recently thay had Gyazo
