Child not going to school/school bus never showing up

So some reason the school bus never comes to pick my child up at 8am / 9am and even tho you can usually go even past those times it always says "school starts in: 1 day" even when it's not a holiday,...

To add onto this, the exact same child is not growing up into a teen even tho she blew out her candles, it just cancels the celebration, I've tried 3 times already with a new cake.
