Sounds like the kid is corrupted.
DId you try resetting the child ? Moving her out and back in via edit town ? Changing the outfit ?
You might need a mod to fix this if you're not opposed to those (at your own risk, not supported by EA)
Crin this happened to me once but I cant remember how I fixed it. It maybe a generations bug???
I did try moving the child out and back in using edit town but some reason it's not letting me add sims into houses, even in houses that nobody lives in or empty lots. I did resetsim * but nothing has worked, I mvoed to new town and nothing worked so I'm prob going to save them all into the bin and start a new game
If that is an option you can live with, I would do that 🙂
