'code already used' sims 3
i have bought the sims 3 disk and when trying to install it through origin it states the code has already been used and wont let me continue further. any ideas on what to do?

Once the code is accepted by the system that code can not be re entered. Does the game appear in Origin? Click the small i in the game icon and check the code.
