code already used

hi,

recently i wanted to play again ts3 so i download this game again but i have problem with ts3 ambitions. ea app is telling me that i didin't buy this game and i can't download it. i typed the code but it's telling me that the code is already used. i have proofs that i bought it and few years ago i played this game so it should be in my ea and origin account right? but it's not. help me.

  • @elodaktora Don’t know If this is any help… As I’m not sure how it works on other platforms

    but I’ve had similar issues in the past redeeming codes (Says code has already been redeemed)and making payments on PlayStation Store. Solution was to confirm my home country in ‘storefront country’ even though I’ve never changed it previously. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Then Reenter code
  • @elodaktora  When you say you have proof you bought Ambitions, do you mean a physical or e-receipt?  Where did you buy the game?  Please also login to ea.com with the same account you're using in the EA App, open your account settings, and check your Order History for any record of buying or registering the pack.

    @ScarDuck14  No, this has nothing to do with the storefront country in the EA App, and the current location also doesn't affect already-owned content in the App, for Sims 3 or any other PC game.
