I had the same issue, I purchased every single pack.. Ea is really getting my upset with the way they are treating their players and customers.. I put in a ticket and they restored my items.. later they tried to tell me that I had to have the receipt knowing full well that no one keeps a receipt from a game they purchased over 10 years ago.. give me a break.. there has to be a way we can raise awareness of this issue
Also, there is no longer a way for folks to call them on the phone for support. This same issue happened to me back in 2016 almost 9 years ago on my desktop computer.. that was when they had "origin" and my games just "disappeared".
The only other thing I can think of to do is buy a dvd drive and load them up one by one and then save this.. or try and burn one as an iso and load it digitally that way
