Code purchased from EA app today showing as already redeemed

The EA Help site is absolutely useless, so I was unable to figure out how to even contact support for help with this. I purchased the Worlds Bundle this morning and was able to redeem 2/3 of the codes successfully, but one of them lists itself as redeemed already. I had tried to redeem it in the EA app, but it said I couldn't and redirected me to The Sims 3's website, where I try to redeem it and get "The code you entered has already been used. Please check the code entered and try again. If you continue to receive this error it may be that the code has already been applied. If you need further assistance, please go to Contact Us." I am very frustrated at having gone in circles in EA Help trying to talk to a human being to resolve this and finding zero way to actually talk to someone so I can get what I paid for.
