Code redeemed but game not showing in my EA library

I successfully redeemed two codes for The Sims 3 and The Sims 3: Showtime that I purchased from a third-party seller. I was prompted to install them, but they disappeared from my library. At first, I thought the problem was I redeemed Showtime without base game in my library, so I bought base game to see if it would appear, but both games are not in my library. I have already cleared my cache several times.

I'm having the exact same issue as well, but with the Showtime DLC. EA isn't even recognising that I own it, I redeemed the code and nothing happened, and when I go to the store page, it says purchase.

I brought the sims 3 university life from CDkeys today and when i put the code in i never got the download option and when i re use the code it says its been used but yet i dont have it???

Hey im having the same issue, i brought the sims 3 university life from CDKeys and even though the code was accepted its showing as if i haven't got it or no download 

Did you check your downloads in the EA app it should be there to download.

I redeemed a brand new code for the showtime DLC today, but instead of giving me the DLC, it sent me to the store page, and my code now says that it has been redeemed but I did not receive my DLC.
