Hi! A few years back I played a lot of Sims. I want to try to play again, but when I want to redeem the codes, it says they are already redeemed. I have this account since 2017 and the games were linked to this account. Does anyone else have this issue? I tried contacting EA Support but they don't answer. When I try to contact an advisor, I have to wait for hours....

I'm afraid we aren't able to help with the code here on the forums, so you'll need to continue trying to get in touch with an advisor.
Can you try contacting live support via this web form in an incognito or private window to see if you're able to connect then? It might be worth trying on a different internet connection or at a different time of day as well.
