Hi @sweetstuff3000,
As @roberta591 explained, to merge or combine your accounts you would need to contact one of our advisors.
However, before doing so, I recommend you to read this article where you will find the risks of merging accounts. For example, you should keep in mind that The Sims 3 Store content will break permanently and will not be transferred under any circumstances.
Once you have decided, if you still want to do it, it's time to contact our support team 😉
