Constant freezing/lagging in-game

I'm playing in Ilsa Paradiso and yes, the freezing is happening across all of my saved games.
And I've also tried switching cards through NVIDIA control panel too, and it hasn't worked.
Are you positive that the game isn't running on the card ? There's a tray icon you can opt in that will show you what software runs with what card.
Islo Paradiso has many issues. If that's the only world that is freezing, it might not be an graphic card issue.
