content wont download into my game?
I purchased Roaring Heights on the sims 3 store, and can see it in my purchase history. However when i click the downlad button my cursor just circles as if its loading something; then nothing happen...

clear your internet cache then try switching your browser if on chrome, safari or opera try IE or firfox also once you have the other browser up and running either IE or firefox open the launcher first log in to the launcher then log into your the sims 3 account-go to my store account purchase history then try to download from the purchase history
- I was using chrome and I did what yiu said and used the Internet explorer, but unfortunately no change☹️

are you on a mac ? IEdoesn't work so well on mac's use firefox you can always uninstall firefox if it take after you get what you need and reinstall it again later should you need to also does origin open instead when your trying to dl ? if so try crin's tip
- Start Origin
- Click Play on Origin to start the launcher
- Close Origin (completely not just minimize)
- Click add to game on the exchange or download on Store Stuff.
- No I'm on a toshiba laptop, I just installed Firefox to try that out too but there was no difference☹️ I will try the opening of origin tomorrow🙂 thankyou
