I purchased Roaring Heights on the sims 3 store, and can see it in my purchase history. However when i click the downlad button my cursor just circles as if its loading something; then nothing happens. The items dont show up in my game, or the downloads on the launcher either. This seems to happen with any content of the sims 3 store and The Sims Resource. can someone please help?

yes resetting game folder makes it like new again 🙂 this is just a way to see if the probelm is corruption of game files. and dont panic your saved files are still in the folder you moved to the desktop. just see if you can DL items with this fresh folder if you can you can move the old files back into the new but test each move for corruption.
