I purchased Roaring Heights on the sims 3 store, and can see it in my purchase history. However when i click the downlad button my cursor just circles as if its loading something; then nothing happens. The items dont show up in my game, or the downloads on the launcher either. This seems to happen with any content of the sims 3 store and The Sims Resource. can someone please help?
clear your internet cache then try switching your browser if on chrome, safari or opera try IE or firfox also once you have the other browser up and running either IE or firefox open the launcher first log in to the launcher then log into your the sims 3 account-go to my store account purchase history then try to download from the purchase history

are you on a mac ? IEdoesn't work so well on mac's use firefox you can always uninstall firefox if it take after you get what you need and reinstall it again later should you need to also does origin open instead when your trying to dl ? if so try crin's tip
The same thing is happening to me as well. Very frustrating after buying a couple of expansion bundles - only half of the downloads worked because i was able to download as soon as i purchased. But the add-ons where i had to redeem a code will not download from purchase history. I keep clicking on "download" and my origins "my games" opens up, and nothing happens. no download, no nothing ☹️

@hey @Livvi5896 if you havent yet try resetting your my documents /electrontic arts/sims 3 folder by pulling it to the desktop run a test game and save, then try to DL one item from the store and one item from TSR. something small from both
its possible your are having broswer permission issues buts its also possible since you tried firefox that some type of corrpution happened with your game files stopping DLing
if you can DL items with the sims 3 folder it may be best to simply reDL all CC and store and move other old files to the new set, more about your file content:
