@CurlyWurlyReem First Acer has a newer video driver so the first thing is to update your video driver. You need to check the DeviceConfig in the user documents folder to see if the game is seeing the video chip correctly (example found 1, matched 0). The 14.9Gb free space seems to be low (it's low to me). With all the files coming and going it may be possible to use a good portion of that. Between the page file and the shared video memory and other temp files there probably isn't a lot left over. As free space becomes critical the computer will slow down to a point it will crash.
I have no idea how to update the video driver, but I don't think I need to because the rest of the game works completely fine, it's just those two areas in Bridgeport. Also, I didn't know how to see if the game is seeing the video chip, in which case I clipped the DeviceConfig file here. Maybe the game isn't working well because of the lack of space, I will try to clean out unnecessary programs from my computer.
