Create a Sim is Not Loading, Also, It Keeps Crashing, Please Help!

Thank you but, luckily, I managed to get Create a Sim/Create a Household to work, but now, it continues to crash every 10-30 minutes. But, the Create a Sim/Create a Household managed to fix itself once I deleted some cache, but I tried to follow the link that you sent me, but I'm afraid I don't understand, and when you create a backup folder, I am worried that it will take up too much room on my laptop. Any other ideas on how to stop the crashing? 😕mileysad:

You should always keep backups. Burn them to a DVD or flash drive.

OK, I will try to get a backup of the Sims but will it take up most of my laptops memory? Cause there is a lot... :catlol: And will this give away any details, like so that hackers can get onto my computer? I'm not very good with computers. :catlol:

Don't worry - it won't give out anything too personal if anything at all. Trust me, we're not hackers as well. 😕mileywink: Besides, not a lot of people can read dxdiag. 

Please do post the whole thing and the backup of your sims folder will probably be exactly the same size as your Sims folder. It shoudn't take up that much.
