I tried this a time ago and had the same results: nothing. It is dead. I, fortunately had a saved copy on my PC so I reinstalled from that. I look forward to hearing what happen to that exe. button.
I use IE. Worked before....now, it does not.
do you live outside the US ? you could try change the flag to US after you log in and see if the download will work then tick the box I have read and accept the EA Online Terms & Conditions then the download buton should highlight to download http://www.thesims3.com/game/tools/world
