[CURRENT ISSUE 64-bit] All open water options missing

@MaxisJoe please help me, please give me the sims 3 for macbook air m1 monterey v12.4... So i can't see ts3 64 bit on my account.

    @caglaelibol  If you own the old 32-bit version of Sims 3, you should have the 64-bit version on your account as well.  But if that's not the case, you'll need to contact EA customer support.

    Ask that the "entitlement," as it's called, for the 64-bit version of the base game be added to your account.  If you own any packs, check whether they show up once the 64-bit base game is present, and if not, ask for the entitlements for those too.
