@Idastahlschmidt  Nope, sorry.  You can try putting another object (like a boat or maybe even a beach umbrella) in the line of sight of the water you want to click on, so you're in effect clicking through the object to issue a command on the water underneath.  But that's just a theory; I don't know how reliable it is in practice.
