[CURRENT ISSUE 64-bit] All open water options missing

There is no interaction available for any of the ocean areas. I am on a mac and had many of the packs work before, but it suddenly stopped working and wont register anything on the water. I can't make the sims can't interact with it unless they decide to swim on their own. I am not sure on how to fix this, but I know people have had this happen to them too.
