Hello everyone,
So, I recently bought the Sims 3 starter pack on the EA app. I have no previous saves on the game, its newly installed. So the game loads like normal and everything. But once I want to start a new game, the loading screen pops up for 2 seconds and throws out that ‘serious error, it is recommended that you restart the application’
I do not know what to do at this point, and I need someone to explain to me how to fix the problem in a very easy manner, please 😂

puzzlezaddictYour first solution for onedrive worked. Luckily, I can play the game on very high graphics now as well. Let’s just hope that this is a permanent solution. But thank you for your help! I really appreciate it! 🙂
