[Current Issue] Sims 3 "serious error" when loading save

I bought The Sims 3 from EA a few weeks ago. It worked just fine when i first opened it but when i went to play again i couldn´t get access to my game due to some ,,serious error". I have tried so many things, deleted some files from The Sims 3 folder, uninstalled the game, made a new Sims folder but nothing seems to work. And it's really pissing me off since i spent money on the game for it not to work.
