[Current Issue] Sims 3 "serious error" when loading save

Hi, I just started replaying this today. I started a neighborhood in Appaloosa plains, but when I logged back in, there was an error saying that it could not load. I had created a copy of it so my daughter could have her own neighborhood, and now that too has the same error. It won't let me delete the neighborhood, it says it's deleted but it does not go away. And I am unable to start a new neighborhood
