Please also confirm that you're still getting the "serious error" even in the new Windows account.
I don't understand. I bought the sims 3 on my brand new laptop and dl it and tried to play it and I couldn't even play it at all. The picture I posted is what I kept getting no matter what world I click on. I don't have any save files yet on the sims 3 and I followed the directions that someone gave me and it still kept giving me the same results.
