GAMEGIRL1515​  I've been trying to help you, but I can't do that if you won't do the very simple test that I asked you to do (the new, local, admin Windows account) AND state explicitly whether it worked.  If you won't give me this information, I can't do anything else.

    I did I just told you that it still won't work.....I even followed those directions that someone else gave me and your solution isn't working either.....
