I recently transferred from Origin to the EA App. I normally use CC websites and The Sims 3 Community for extra content. I have bought worlds through The Sims 3 Community many times and they all transferred over fine ( had to re download them through the Sims 3 community website) however, I bought Hidden Springs and Roaring Heights through the EA App because they were on sale. I can't find them in the sims 3 launcher on either the "downloads" tab or "installed content" tab. They aren't available in game or on my Sims 3 Community account. The EA app says they've already been added to my game, yet IDK how to get them actually in my game.
Please help?? The stuff packs I bought through the EA App loaded into my game just fine, but not the worlds.
I figured it out!
Once a store item is purchased through the EA App, You receive a conformation email. In that email you hit the EA Account link. Once taken to your EA account you can hit the "plus" button on you store item and it'll reveal the product code which you can redeem on The Sims 3 Community.
