So I bought The Sims 3 Roaring Heights and The Sims 3 World bundle a couple months ago on the EA app. They show up in my library saying I own this add-on but there is no button to download it. When I click on manage add-ons only Roaring Heights shows up as "in game content" not as "installed" like my other expansions. They don't show up in the launcher or on my page of The Sims 3 website. I don't know where they are supposed to be in the files, but if it's in "InstalledWorlds" they're not here. I've tried repairing the game and doing a new install but no matter what I seem to do they won't show up. I hope my explanations are as clear as possible since english isn't my first language (feel free to ask me to clarify). If anyone could help me or even just tell me they have the same problem as me it'd be really cool. Anyways if you read this I hope you have a good day.

I have the exact same problem, and i know why, it's because Roaring Heights is actually maxis store content sold as a base game pack, and there is bug the devs refuses to fix that prevents maxis store content from being recognized as official content, and it is instead treated as unofficial mod content. Even if you manage to download it directly from the maxis store there is a chance the game will just straight delete it.
At this point it is straight up theft by EA since they refuse to fix it, but still sells it directly from the EA Launcher. 😠
