I get this message when I try to load generations -  i am on a mac

"Disc Authorization Failure

We are unable to verify that your disc is a valid copy of The Sims 3. Please contact customer service."

      now its telling me this that the Sims uninstaller wont work??? really frustrated and wondering how this game can be so shoddy and difficult to find someone to fix it???
