    Uninstall your most recent EP then download and reinstall the digital version from Origin. Instructions here.

This kept happening to me, frustratingly so that i thought it was the expansion pack itself, so i bought a newer expansion pack in order to in a way 'override it'. I seriously wish I saw this post before buying another expansion pack. I'll check if this works, if not, it's back to square one.
