Debug Sims 3

I have Sims 3, and three expansion packs. Late night, generations, & seasons.

The last week I had trouble with my game and the game would freeze and ask me to debug it yes or no and it said 000000xsome number.

So I got tired of it crashing regardless of whether I pressed yes or no.

So i unistalled the whole game, deleted all saved game files and folders.  (i think) 

So I installed just the sims 3 base game and  currently update it twice and currently trying to udate for 1.55 but as I was installing  it  it asked if I wanted to debug it again!

What should I do? I just ordered univsersity life and really want to play while I have summer vacation. 🙂

Also I didn't have custom content.
