Deleted Data

Hello! Not sure if this is still used or not with how old the game is. I've been playing Sims 3 and accidentally deleted the data off the game. I am on Mac. How can I restore this so the game starts to work as normal and brings back all the progress I had?

    cbfd00e0071fa8f6​  What data did you delete, and how did you do it?  I can try to help you restore it if it's not in fact gone, but that depends on the method you used.

    And this forum is still reasonably active, most of the time.
