I am trying to register my design and high-tech stuff pack but it's saying the code is invalid or already used. I bought the game brand new so I know it's not been used elsewhere and have checked the code and I am definitely putting it in right!
Could you have a look for me please?

When you purchase The Sims 3 or any of its Expansions or Stuff Packs through Origin, you no longer need to manually register your product through The Sims 3’s website. Just make sure that your Origin account details match the details of your Sims 3 account, and Origin will register your products for you.
