dchvalentine1 If you're still interested, the best way to proceed is to buy the world from the EA website:

Then register the product code on the Sims 3 Store site, then download it from there. If it doesn't show up, remove or rename the Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts and download another copy, the idea being that something in the old folder may be preventing the world from loading.
This Sims 3 folder holds your user data—saves, mods, other installed Store content, etc.—so don't delete it. If necessary, you can transfer content you want to save from the old folder to the new one, once you've installed DV and anything else new into the new folder.
