Download button on Hidden Springs

Hi Guys

I am having a nightmare of a time.  Firstly I coudln't enter my code for Hidden Springs, then I realised it had converted my purchase to sim point instead so I 'purchase' Hidden springs again and then hit download and nothing happens.  Does anyone know why download button not working??

I would be so grateful for anyone that can help me.
